I live outside the ROI. Can I still sign up for Sample It?

If I sign up for Sample It, will you spam me?

We are absolutely against spam. We never let anyone contact our members without their advance consent. The only emails you’ll receive from us will be about Sample It campaigns or other Sample It related information. We may occasionally send out surveys to gather more information about your lifestyle and interests to help us match you with upcoming campaigns or exciting new offers.

What if I don’t complete the survey

Your feedback is very important to us. Feedback is needed to stay on our database – Failure to review the samples means that you will unfortunately be removed from our database.

Will I receive a box every month?

While it is our intention to send a box to all our customers, we also aim to match the products in the box that best suits your profile, which means that you may not receive a box every month.

Can I unsubscribe?

Yes, deleting your profile is simple, please e-mail us on and we will remove you from our database.

What if I didn’t like some of the products that I received in my Sample it box, should I be honest and let you know in my review or will it count against me?

We want your honest feedback, so please let us know what you do and don’t like about the product. Negative feedback will not count against you.

Can I share my reviews on social media with my friends?

Yes, you are free to share your views on your own social platforms. We would still require that you share your views through our survey to ensure you stay subscribed.

I’ve moved address, how can I ensure I continue to receive my Sample It box?
